A tropical wave will continue to affect the Eastern Caribbean. Some scattered showers are likely across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines tonight.

Model guidance is indicating that a low level shearline will maintain low level instability across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Wednesday into Thursday. Some showers are likely from Wednesday night into Thursday with model guidance indicating a possible accumulation of 3 inches of rainfall by Thursday night. Residents and motorist are asked to exercise caution.

A favourable upper level, instability and deep layered moisture are expected to aid in the development of a few isolated thunderstorms.

Generally moderate to fresh (20km/h – 40km/h) easterly trades will continue to move across the islands, decreasing in speed around Wednesday into Thursday. Slight to moderate sea conditions (1.2m-1.5m) are forecast, becoming slight (1.0m-1.2m) on both the west and east coast by Friday. No significant haze intrusion over the next few days.
