A shearline/trough across our area weakened the pressure gradient, while increasing weak instability with few scattered showers across SVG today. Atlantic High Pressure System continues to dominate conditions with minimal chance for shower activity on Monday as dry-air hovers above 850mb (4,780ft). Over the next few days, isolated showers are possible as weak pulses in the wind-flow bring shallow
cloud patches across our area.
Monday through Wednesday, weak pulses in the north-easterly wind-flow may be noticeable with fresh breeze (up to 40km/h) during the early morning hours and moderate (20 - 30km/h) breeze by afternoons.
Sea swells should range 1.0 – 2.0m, with slight seas in open water on the west coast and slight to moderate seas on the east coasts. Fairly good visibility is expected, with occasional slight hazy conditions on our horizon.
