The tropical wave is no longer associated with an area of low pressure, and will begin to affect the region tonight. Moisture and instability associated with the wave can result in scattered showers across SVG tonight into the weekend.

Another tropical wave over the central Atlantic is forecast to be in the vicinity around Sunday. This wave is strong, and showers and thunderstorms are likely from late Sunday night. Residents are advised to keep updated on the progress of this wave. 

South-easterly winds at 10km/h-20km/h will become calm on occasions, blowing predominantly form the north east from Saturday night. Sea conditions are forecast to be slight to moderate (0.5- 1.5m) throughout this forecast period. No significant haze intrusion is anticipated within this forecast period.
