High pressure system will become the dominant feature late Wednesday, with fair weather and Saharan dust haze reducing visibility slightly Wednesday, thickening on Thursday and Friday as dry air (SAL) 700mb level move across the area.

Fresh to strong(29-49 km/h) easterly breeze are expected by Wednesday afternoon, returning to fresh(29-38 km/h) by late Friday. Ocean waters responding with moderate to rough seas ((2.0 - 3.0 m) by early Wednesday through Friday.
