Partly cloudy skies are expected along Wednesday with a noticeable increase in cloudiness by late Thursday. At this time, a trough should begin to affect our islands and activity should intensify on Friday as the upper level environment is expected to provide support to this feature. Due to the already saturated nature of soils, flash flood watches and/or warnings may be issued in the upcoming days, residents and motorists in areas prone to flash-flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should be prepared!

Gentle to moderate (10-25km/h) easterly to east north easterly trades will cross the islands becoming east south easterly around Friday afternoon. Seas will remain slight to moderate in open water (1.0m-1.5m) across this forecast period. Saharan dust haze concentrations may be noticeable from Thursday.
