The Atlantic High Pressure System is the dominant feature, with isolated showers across our islands. A low-level trough is expected to approach the islands during Wednesday with increasing cloudiness across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). Light rain can be expected Wednesday increasing by evening, with a few showers across SVG by night-fall and scattered showers during Thursday. A thin-film of haze may be noticeable across our area by Tuesday night and slight haze during Thursday.

Moderate-fresh (25 - 35km/h) cooling trades are crossing our islands, occasionally turning east south-easterly and gusting near 40km/h during the night-time. A slight reduction in wind speeds can be expected (20 - 30km/h) during Thursday.

Marine conditions are moderate in open water, with swells peaking near 1.5m on western coasts and near 2.5m on eastern coasts of SVG…Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution for occasional gusty winds and above normal sea swells. A fall in swell heights (1.2m - 1.8m) is expected across our islands by Thursday.
