A low pressure (cold-core) area north of the island chain is drifting eastward, with weak unstable conditions across the islands. A few showers could linger across St.Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) tonight and Thursday. Day-time heating with light-variable winds could trigger localized showers across parts of  St.Vincent on Friday. Relatively dry/stable conditions are expected  by Saturday.

Light-gentle (5 - 15km/h) winds with variable directions continue across our islands, reducing to calm (~0km/h) at times with little/no cooling effect. Wind-speeds gradually increase (~ 20km/h) during Saturday night with north-easterlies.

Sea conditions are slight in open water, ranging 0.5 - 1.0m west of our islands and near 1.2m east of our islands. However, northerly swells across our islands could result in occasional surf and rip currents...Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should remain alert.
