The Atlantic High Pressure System is the dominant feature bringing occasional brisk winds. A low pressure area in the lower mid levels (near 700mb ~ 9882ft or 3013m up in the atmosphere) could deepen east of the island chain early Wednesday, weakening the High Pressure System while inducing a low-level trough across the Southern Windward Islands. This could result in occasional cloudiness with few

scattered showers across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) during the latter half of this week.

Moderate to fresh breeze (25 - 40km/h) can be expected tonight, with varying directions on Wednesday and decreasing wind speeds by evening to moderate (20 -30 km/h) breeze as the High Pressure System weakens across our area.

Moderate sea conditions with wave heights 1.2 – 1.8m on the west coasts and 1.8 – 2.5m on the east coasts, should be reducing during Wednesday, becoming slight to moderate with swells ranging 1.0 to 2.0m across SVG on Thursday.

Barometric readings are expected to fluctuate between 1014mb and 1018mb over the next couple days before dipping (1013 - 1015mb) late Thursday due to trough across islands.

Slight haze on our horizon due to patches of dust concentrations should be thinning out over next couple days.
