The Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) lingers across our area resulting in weak instability, with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms possible across St. Vincent and the Grenadines tonight. ITCZ activity should drift south of our islands during Monday and a patch of Saharan dust with dry-air could move into our area late Monday. Mostly fair and stable conditions are expected Tuesday, but isolated showers are possible during the night. A weak surface trough could support a few showers across our islands Wednesday evening.
Moderate to fresh (‘~20 – 40 km/h) north-easterly trades are across our islands. Gradual decrease in wind-speeds may be noticeable by Monday afternoon, becoming gentle
(‘~10 – 20 km/h) and turning easterly by Wednesday. Moderate north–easterly breeze could return Wednesday night.
Slight to moderate sea-conditions with north-easterly sea-swells are across our islands, ranging 1.0 to 1.5 m on western coasts and up to 2.0 m on eastern coasts. Gradual fall in swell heights are likely by Monday evening, becoming slight (0.6 – 1.2 m) across SVG during Wednesday.
