A trough system across the islands continues to scatter light to moderate showers and slight hazy conditions are noticeable across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), at intervals. Occasional cloudy skies could linger on Thursday and the haze is expected to thin-out by evening. Pulses in the wind-flow around the Atlantic High Pressure System could bring low-level cloud patches with a few showers across SVG on Friday and Saturday.

Fresh to occasionally strong (`~ 30 40 km/h) east south-easterly wind could gust near 50 km/h tonight, with wind directions turning easterly Thursday night. Temporary reduction in speed (`~ 20 – 35 km/h) is expected Friday, becoming east north-easterly during the night with occasional strong breeze and possibly

higher gusts on Saturday.

Moderate to rough sea-conditions with easterly swells are expected across our islands tonight, ranging 1.5 to 2.0 m on western coasts and up to 2.8 m on eastern coasts…Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution for above normal sea-swells and occasional gusty winds. Slight fall (1.5 – 2.5 m) in swell heights can be expected across SVG by late Thursday.
