Monday. Scattered showers are likely across SVG and slight haze across our area is expected to temporarily thin-out on Tuesday, allowing showers and thunderstorm activity with unstable conditions, lingering on Wednesday.
Moderate to fresh (20 – 35 km/h) south-easterly wind-flow could gusts (near 45km/h) tonight, turn east north-easterly on Monday and gradually decrease during the night. Gentle to moderate (15 – 25 km/h) south-easterly breeze is expected Tuesday, becoming moderate to fresh again on Wednesday.
Sea-conditions in open water; are slight to moderate (1.2 – 1.5 m) on the west of SVG with south-easterly swells and moderate (near 2.0 m) on the east of SVG with north north-easterly swells. North-easterly swells are expected across SVG by Monday and by Tuesday night, northerly long-period waves ranging 1.0 – 1.8 m are expected along our shores; causing life-threatening surf and dangerous rip currents…Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should exercise extreme caution.
