Instability trailing the strong tropical wave will linger across the islands tonight and Friday. After that, patches of moisture will move across the island chain with a slight to moderate chance of a few shower activity on Saturday and Sunday as an upper level trough positions itself to the east of the island chain. Warm conditions are expected over the weekend.

Thursday night : Partly cloudy to cloudy with some scattered moderate to heavy showers and slight chance of isolated thunderstorms as moisture trails the slowly developing tropical wave.

Friday: Moisture will be lingering across the islands. Showers are forecast to be occasional and somewhat isolated. Model guidance still indicates that isolated thunderstorms are likely.

Saturday: Moisture decreases, however an upper level trough will be to the east of Barbados, and some isolated moderate showers are possible.

Sunday morning: A few isolated showers are possible.
