The Atlantic high pressure system would dominate the weather pattern for the majority of the weekend across SVG. Therefore, relatively fair conditions are anticipated although this could be interrupted on occasions with a few sporadic showers. As Sunday progresses the chance of showers increases as instability associated with a deep layered trough draws nearer to the islands. The SVG Meteorological Services will continue to monitor this system and provide the necessary updates.

Moderate to fresh(20-35km/h)easterly to east north easterly trades will cross the islands within the next few days. Seas are generally moderate in open water with swells peaking near 1.5m on western coasts and up to 2.5m on eastern coasts. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution for above normal sea swells. Saharan dust haze concentrations of varying intensities should begin to cross our islands by late Saturday.
