Cloudy to overcast, hazy and breezy with pockets of moderate to heavy showers, periods of rain and scattered thunderstorms  

Weather Warning:

A flash-flood warning is in effect until 6am tomorrow;Residents and motorists in areas  prone  to  flooding  and landslides  or  near  rivers  and  streams  should  continue to be vigilant and take  the  necessary precautionary measures to protect life and property.

Winds:

 E – ESE at 20 – 40 km/h (12 – 25 mph) with higher gust near showers
Sea Conditions:  Moderate to rough in open water; swells (2.0 –  3.5 m)

Marine Warning:

 Small craft operators and sea bathers should be prepared for above normal sea swells and gusty winds.
