Occasional cloudy skies will continue across our islands as a tropical wave affects the Eastern Caribbean. Although the upper level environment does not appear favourable, scattered light to moderate showers are still anticipated. By Sunday however, the Atlantic High Pressure system should regain its dominance and allow for improved conditions.

A general east south easterly wind flow (ESE at 15km/h-30km/h) is expected within this forecast period with possible gusts near showers. Seas will be slight to moderate in open waters with swells peaking up to 1.0m on western coasts and ranging between 1.5m to 2.0m on eastern coasts. Saharan dust concentrations will cross our islands from late today (Thursday).
