The Atlantic high pressure system will remain the dominant feature within the next 48 hours. Therefore, warm conditions are anticipated but this may be interrupted on occasions by brief passing showers. An increase in cloud cover is expected on Tuesday along with the potential for light showers as patches of moisture cross our islands.

Moderate (20-30km/h) east south easterly (ESE) trades will cross the islands within the next few days temporarily shifting to easterly on Tuesday. Seas will be slight to moderate in open waters (1.0m -1.5m). Saharan dust haze concentrations will thin out around Monday.
