Relatively fair conditions are anticipated across SVG for the remainder of Monday and most of Tuesday as a ridge pattern dominates the weather conditions. As Wednesday progresses increasingly cloudy skies are expected as moisture is drawn to our islands. There is a medium chance of moderate showers by evening and a high chance during early Thursday. Residents should remain alert. By Monday, a ridge pattern should emerge and relatively fair conditions are anticipated.

Gentle to moderate (~15-25km/h) easterly to east south easterly trades are cross our islands, becoming east north easterly from Tuesday. Wind speeds should increase (~30 km/h) on Thursday. Seas are slight to moderate in open water with swells peaking near 1.0m on western coasts and ranging between 1.5 to 1.8m on eastern coasts.  Swell heights could further increase on Wednesday. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution for above normal sea swells. In addition, varying Saharan dust haze concentrations will continue to cross our islands during this forecast period.
