Weather Discussion:

Good visibility across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) is expected to continue over the next few days. Slightly cooler air this evening (Sunday) and increased lower-level clouds are likely to bring light-moderate showers across SVG. Shallow clouds could persist until late Monday, but stable conditions are expected to limit showers on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Gentle-moderate (15 - 25km/h) breeze across our islands this afternoon (Sunday) is expected to increase near 30km/h overnight and early Monday. Wind directions could range from northerly to east north-easterly in some locations.

Sea conditions are currently slight in open water, with swells near 0.5m west of our islands and 1.2m east of our islands. Northerly swells are expected to reach our islands this evening and heights are expected to rise; nearing 1.5m west of our islands and 2.0m east of our islands by tonight, with above normal (moderate) sea conditions…Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should exercise caution for breaking wave action and occasional rip currents during tonight and Monday…Swell heights are expected to start falling during Monday night.
