A ridge pattern is dominant, allowing for fair conditions across our islands. A few weak pulses could initiate a few isolated showers across the Grenadines on Monday afternoon with pockets of showers anticipated for Tuesday. Cloudy conditions are anticipated around midweek as a southward moving shearline increases the potential for light to moderate showers.

Gentle to moderate (~15-25km/h) easterly to east north-easterly trades are currently crossing our islands. A slight increase is expected on Wednesday with a temporary shift to east south easterly. Seas are slight to moderate in open water ranging between 1.0m to 2.0m and rising with long period waves anticipated across the next 3 days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution for above normal sea swells, dangerous rip currents and breaking wave action near the shoreline. Saharan dust haze concentrations should be noticeable across our area along Tuesday.
