The Atlantic high pressure system is dominant, allowing for fair conditions across SVG. The north of the mainland could see some cloudy skies early Tuesday as a weak pulse passes north of the islands. The chance of showers increases on Wednesday as a shearline affects the Central Windwards. Relatively fair conditions should return by late Wednesday with slight dust haze concentrations.

Moderate to strong (~25-40 km/h) north easterly to easterly trades are crossing our islands, shifting to east south easterly from Tuesday. A slight decrease(~20-35kmh) in speed is likely from Wednesday. Seas are moderate to rough in open waters with swells peaking at 1.8 m on the western coasts and near 2.8m on the eastern coasts. A small craft and high surf advisory remains in effect for SVG. Only vessels capable of withstanding swells of these magnitudes should venture out. Sea-bathers are advised to stay out of the water. Moderate conditions should return on Tuesday.
