The Atlantic high pressure system is currently dominant, allowing for relatively fair conditions. On Tuesday a weak shearline will cross north of the mainland and this could produce some cloudy skies and a few occasional isolated showers. Similar conditions are likely on Wednesday, however by evening more pleasant conditions are forecast into Thursday.
Gentle to moderate (~15-25km/h) east north-easterly trades are currently crossing our islands. A shift to east south easterly is anticipated from Tuesday. Seas will be slight to moderate in open water ranging between 1.0m to 2.0m. No significant Saharan dust haze concentrations is anticipated during this forecast period.
