The weather pattern across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines continues to be under the control of the central Atlantic high pressure system. Breezy conditions will persist and by morning, some scattered showers are likely to the south as a weak pulse moves across the island chain. After which, partly cloudy skies and brisk easterlies should dominate by afternoon.

On Monday, a weak shearline is forecast to be to the north of the island chain with model guidance indicating a moderate (60%) chance for a few scattered showers by Monday night as both mid to upper levels remain relatively dry and stable. In addition, another weak pulse is forecast around Tuesday and this may lead to a decrease in wind speeds and consequently an improvement in sea conditions.  No significant shower activity is associated with it so far.

Brisk easterlies varying on occasions from ENE-E at 25km/h – 45km/h are forecast with generally moderate sea conditions (1.5m- 2.0m). An improvement on Tuesday is likely with slight conditions on the west coast and moderate on the east (1.2m – 1.8m). Slight haze intrusion is forecast for tomorrow, varying in intensity over the next few days.
