The Atlantic high pressure system will be the dominant feature throughout the next few days and light wind speeds will facilitate warm conditions across our islands within the next 24 hours. A few passing showers are likely during this forecast period but they are expected to be short lived in nature.

Light and gentle (~10-20 km/h) easterly to east north-easterly trades are crossing our islands. A slight increase (~20-30 km/h) is expected from Thursday. Seas will remain slight to moderate in open water with swells peaking near 1.0m on western coasts and ranging between 1.5m and 2.0m on eastern coasts. Slight Saharan dust haze concentrations are crossing the islands but should thin out by Thursday.
