A broad area of moisture is crossing our islands and this will result in partly cloudy to cloudy conditions within the next 48 hours. In addition, showers of varying intensities can be expected with a low chance of thunderstorm activity along Sunday. On Tuesday, conditions should be relatively fair.

Gentle to moderate (10- 20km/h) easterly to east north-easterly trades are crossing our islands, decreasing (< 15 km/h) and shifting to east south easterly on Sunday. Winds speeds should revert to east north easterly from Monday and increase. Seas are moderate in open water with swells ranging between 1.0m and 1.5m. Sea conditions should deteriorate on Tuesday. Marine users should exercise caution for above normal sea swells. No significant Saharan dust haze intrusion  is expected within the next three days.
