A tropical wave continues to affect Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and similar conditions to this morning: occasional light to moderate showers and thunderstorms are anticipated for this afternoon, with a gradual improvement tonight.
The surface to low level high pressure system will gradually regain dominance across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines tomorrow and as the day progresses some fair conditions may be experienced. The next forecast tropical wave will be around Tuesday. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies are anticipated with some scattered showers.
In addition, Saharan dust mass will continue to reduce visibility and a slight decrease in its intrusion is forecast for Tuesday.Generally easterly breeze, varying on occasions from East north-east to East south-east approximately 20km/h to 45km/h is forecast.
Generally moderate sea conditions are likely with swells peaking to 2.5m on the east coast. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution.
