Moderate haze is expected this afternoon, alternating with a few scattered showers.By nightfall, instability should be increasing as another tropical wave quickly approaches the region. Across St.Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), scattered showers are expected to increase tonight with isolated thunderstorm activity. The deepening of a mid to upper-level trough should occasionally enhance showers and thunderstorm activity during Sunday which could result in isolated ponding and flash-flooding in vulnerable areas.

A strong wind-surge accompanying the tropical wave should reach our area during Sunday night…Large branches may be in motion and loose items may become dislodged… be ALERT

Showers and wind speed should be decreased by Monday and replaced with hazy conditions. 

East south easterly moderate to occasionally fresh (20 - 40 km/h) breeze should become easterly late Sunday with the crossing of the next tropical wave. An accompanying wind-surge could result in strong gusts (40 - 50km/h) overnight Sunday into early Monday. Direction should be backing to east-north-easterly during Tuesday. 

Wave heights are rising, with moderate sea conditions across SVG. Expect easterly sea-swells ranging 1.2m to 1.5m on the west coasts and 1.5m to 2.5m on the east coasts. Wave heights should be falling by late Monday/Tuesday
