The Atlantic High Pressure is building across our area with slight haze, but low level clouds could converge with isolated showers this afternoon. An approaching trough could replace haze late Sunday with scattered showers across St.Vincent, spreading across the Grenadines during the night and Monday. Dry air could limit showers across mainland by late Monday, but scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely mainly across the Grenadine Islands Tuesday.
Moderate (20 -30 km/h) east south-easterly breeze should turn easterly tonight
and become east north-easterly Sunday night as a trough system approaches. Wind speeds occasionally becoming gentle and vary to south-easterly behind troughs Monday and Tuesday afternoon.
Slight to moderate (1.0 – 1.5m) sea conditions are expected with easterly swells until late Sunday, then originating from north north-east and becoming slight by Tuesday.
