A weak trough is across the islands with occasional cloudiness and a few showers across the Grenadines today. Hazy conditions as well as increasing cloudiness can be expected across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) towards Sunday evening and scattered showers are likely Sunday night into Monday morning. Cloudiness should be decreased by Monday evening.
The Central Atlantic High Pressure System continues to pump cool fresh (30 – 40 km/h) east north-easterly trades with occasional gusts (45km/h).
Wind direction should turn easterly by Monday afternoon and east south-easterly early Tuesday as the weak trough exits the area.
Moderate (1.5 – 2.5 m) sea conditions with easterly swells are across our islands…Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution for above normal swells and occasional gusty winds.
