A weak trough crossed our islands last night, with partly cloudy skies and a few isolated showers. Over the next few days, hazy conditions with varying intensity could reduce visibility across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) and isolated showers are likely.
The Atlantic High Pressure System is pumping moderate to fresh (25 – 40 km/h) east north-easterly trades across the islands. Wind direction should turn east south-easterly by Tuesday and decrease to moderate (20 – 35km/h) by Wednesday,
as the High Pressure weakens.
Moderate (1.5 – 2.5 m) sea conditions with easterly swells are across our islands…Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution for above normal swells and brisk winds...Slight to moderate sea conditions are expected by late Wednesday.
