A tropical wave will begin to affect Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from this afternoon into tomorrow. Most of the shower activity will be south, over the Grenadines, with a few scattered showers possible over mainland. After which, Thursday and Friday are forecast to be dry with no significant shower activity.
A predominantly east to east southeast (E-ESE) gentle to moderate (15km/h-35km/h) breeze will be experienced across the island chain during the next 72 hours. Sea conditions will be slight to moderate in open water with swells peaking at 1.0m on the western coasts and 2.0m on the eastern coasts. There will be a possible improvement on the eastern coasts from Wednesday evening, with swells peaking at 1.5m.
Haze intrusion will be visible from tomorrow into Thursday.
