A wake cloud developed off the coast of Barbados triggering some scattered showers across mainland St. Vincent this afternoon. A few sporadic showers are likely as shallow moisture patches cross the island chain tonight. Fair conditions may become cloudy by Monday afternoon, accompanied by light to moderate showers across the islands. These conditions, along with a low chance of isolated thunderstorms are expected to spread into Monday night. Tuesday is forecast to be occasionally cloudy with showers around nightfall heading into Wednesday.
Gentle to fresh(~15 - 30km/h )East north east to east north easterly(ENE-ESE) trades are anticipated over the next 24 hours. An easterly to east north easterly flow would begin from Tuesday.
Slight to moderate sea conditions with swells peaking to 1.0m on the western coasts and 1.5m on the eastern coasts are forecast during the next 48 hours, with a slight improvement (1.0m) possible on the eastern coast by Tuesday night. There will be no significant haze intrusion within this forecast period.
