Humid conditions and localised activity should persist into tomorrow as a south easterly light wind regime continues. Although fair conditions are anticipated early Sunday, a northward migration of the ITCZ coupled with interaction from a tropical wave could generate occasionally cloudy skies and trigger a few scattered showers over the Grenadines during mid afternoon. These conditions could extend to the mainland by nightfall into Monday with a low chance of isolated thunderstorms.
Gentle to moderate(15km/h – 25km/h) east south easterly(ESE) trades would move across the islands during the weekend becoming easterly(E) from Tuesday. Sea conditions are forecast to be moderate (1.5m-2.0m) during the next 72 hours period.
In addition, only slight haze intrusion is forecast during the next three days.
