A tropical wave will begin to affect the island chain tonight, resulting in a few scattered showers. This wave will continue to affect the islands on Thursday. Model guidance is indicating some moderate showers around Thursday night into Friday. Saturday is forecast to be occasionally cloudy and breezy with scattered showers.
A light to moderate wind flow (15-30km/h) will continue during the next 24 hours, increasing in speed (20-40km/h) from late Friday night. Consequently, sea conditions will gradually deteriorate becoming generally moderate (1.5m-2.0m) from Friday night across SVG.
There will be no significant haze intrusion within this forecast period.
