Cloudiness is increasing across our islands and scattered showers with thunderstorms are likely across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) tonight and during Sunday as a low-level trough crosses the islands…Residents and motorists should be alert, as pockets of moderate/heavy showers are possible... Unstable conditions could linger into Monday, triggering showers and isolated thunderstorms. A patch of Saharan dust could approach our area by Monday night, thickening to moderate haze during Tuesday.

Light to gentle (~5 – 20 km/h) east south-easterly wind-flow could increase (up to 25 km/h)
during Sunday. Wind direction could turn east north-easterly Monday night, with further increase late Tuesday (up to 40 km/h) with fresh breeze.
Sea-conditions on western coasts are slight (0.5 – 1.0 m) and eastern coasts are slight to moderate (1.0 – 1.8 m), with north-easterly swells. Swell heights are expected to fall by early Sunday, near 0.5 m on western coasts and near 1.5 m on eastern coasts, rising (1.2 – 1.8 m) again late Tuesday.
