Moisture convergence in the low-mid levels continues this afternoon into tonight with few scattered showers concentrated across the Grenadines.

The shearline across the Grenadines area, is expected to continue northward across mainland St.Vincent by Saturday. By late Sunday, a weak surface trough on the southern side of the Atlantic High Pressure should cross the Leeward Islands. The upper levels remain relatively dry (<40%) and subsident, with possible brief moisture increase Sunday afternoon. Meanwhile, lower level moisture is sufficient to bring scattered showers Saturday and Sunday generally decreasing Monday.

Moderate (20-28km/h) easterly breeze this afternoon, should gradually increase to fresh (29-38km/h) by tonight; slightly backing to east north-east Saturday and reducing to moderate by afternoon.

Dust concentrations should remain less than 20 ug/m**3 resulting in good visibility throughout the weekend and start of new week.

Slight to moderate (1.0m – 1.8m) seas across SVG with north-east swells into the weekend; becoming north-northeast Sunday afternoon on north and east coasts.
