A few showers are likely tonight under occasionally cloudy skies as a low level confluent pattern exists across St.Vincent & the Grenadines. On Wednesday, sinking air should allow for a more stable atmosphere, thereby limiting the chance of shower activity. Weak unstable conditions are likely to approach the islands again around nightfall, resulting in occasional scattered showers into Thursday.
Strong to occasional gusty trades(near 40km/h) will move across the islands during the next 72 hours, blowing predominantly from the east north east (ENE). Consequently, moderate (1.5m) east north easterly swells are anticipated on the western coasts while moderate to rough (2.5 - near 3.0m) seas are likely on the eastern coasts. Small craft operators and sea-bathers should be prepared for above normal sea-swells and gusty winds. Exercise extreme caution especially on eastern coasts.
There will be no significant haze intrusion within this forecast period.
