Mostly fair conditions are forecast across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines today, Sunday 14th , as the Atlantic high pressure system remains the dominant feature during the next 72 hours period. Low level clouds drifting along the wind flow will result in some occasional showers around Monday evening. Model guidance is indicating showers on Tuesday morning with mostly fair conditions during the day. Cloudy skies and occasional showers are forecast for Tuesday night into Wednesday.
Winds will blow predominantly from the east north east, and will be fresh (30km/h-40km/h) from Monday through Wednesday. Consequently, seas will be moderate in open waters, with swells peaking at 1.5m on the western coasts, and possibly rough conditions, with swells ranging between 2.5- 3.0m on the eastern coasts. Small craft operators and sea bathers are asked to exercise caution during this time. In addition, slight haze intrusion will be noticeable around Sunday afternoon, clearing by Monday.
