The chance of scattered showers increases across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from Monday evening as a tropical wave approaches the islands, to affect around Tuesday, generating moderate scattered showers. Low level clouds moving along the moderate trade winds are likely to produce brief scattered showers on Wednesday, and another tropical wave presently in the Mid-Atlantic, is forecast to start affecting the islands around Thursday, with some showers likely over the Grenadines.
Wind speeds are 15km/h-25km/h, and are expected to increase from Tuesday, becoming mostly moderate to occasionally fresh (20km/h-35km/h) throughout the week. An easterly flow is anticipated, backing to east north east (ENE) on occasions. Sea conditions will remain slight to moderate in open waters with swells peaking at 1.0m on the western coasts and 2.0m on the eastern coasts. In addition, slight haze intrusion will be present over the next few days.
