Occasionally cloudy conditions with intermittent light to moderate showers are likely tonight and into the early parts of Wednesday as unstable conditions linger across the island chain. A gradual drying out of the atmosphere shortly afterward could see conditions become relatively fair at times.
Strong(25-45km/h) east north east (ENE) to easterly (E)trades will cross the islands within the next 24 hours. Winds would gradually decrease to moderate(15-25km/h) by Saturday. Currently, sea conditions are moderate with swells peaking at 1.5m on the western coasts and 2.5m on the eastern coasts. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to continue to exercise caution for above normal sea swells and gusty winds. There should be a gradual improvement on the sea conditions from after midweek. In addition, there will be no significant haze intrusion within this forecast period.
