Patches of moisture will continue to move across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines during the next 12 hours as the Atlantic high pressure system regains its dominance, resulting in occasionally cloudy skies and the chance of some moderate isolated showers. Gusty winds are likely near showers.
Morning showers are expected on Monday as unstable conditions from a trough affects the islands. Showers should decrease as the day progresses and around late Monday night/Tuesday, moisture levels will be more sustained resulting in generally cloudy conditions with the chance of moderate showers. Fair to partly cloudy skies are likely on Wednesday. Saharan dust haze will be lingering around the vicinity as well and the days are forecast to be hazy.
Winds are forecast to blow generally from the east north east (ENE) backing to east (E) at approximately 20km/h-35km/h during the next couple of days resulting in breezy conditions from time to time. By Wednesday, generally breezy conditions should be experienced as wind speeds increase to near 40km/h.
Sea conditions will range between 1.0m – 1.5m on the western coasts and 2.5m-2.8m on the eastern coasts, improving from Monday evening into Tuesday to 2.0m on the eastern coasts.
