Some scattered showers, and possible light rain are forecast for today as the atmosphere remains relatively unstable. The chance of showers decreases thereafter as moisture levels gradually decrease across the islands, with a few occasional showers forecast on Thursday and Friday. Another cold front should make its way down to the region and the nights are forecast to remain cool.

Wednesday: Generally cloudy with a high chance of scattered showers into the night. There is the possibility of isolated thunderstorms. Residents and motorists should continue to be alert.

Thursday:  Partly cloudy with  few showers from time to time. A few showers are forecast at night.

Friday: Fair to partly cloudy with a few scattered showers.

Winds will blow from the east north east (ENE) at 15km/h to 30 km/h. Seas will remain slight to moderate in open waters with north easterly swells peaking at 1.0m on the western coasts and 2.5m on the eastern coasts. Small craft operators and sea bathers are asked to exercise caution for above normal sea swells. 

 In addition, haze intrusion of varying concentration is forecast to move across the islands.
