A few passing showers are likely across SVG tonight into early Tuesday as a ridge pattern dominates the area. Similar conditions are anticipated on Wednesday and warm conditions are forecast for the earlier part of Thursday. In addition, slight haze should remain noticeable until after midweek.
Gentle to moderate (15 - 25km/h) east north easterly trades will cross our islands and decrease (< 15km/h) by Tuesday and become south easterly by Wednesday.
Marine conditions are slight to moderate with swells ranging 1.0m to 1.5m across our islands.
- Tropical Storm Philippe in the Tropical Atlantic Ocean is tracking westward and expected to turn away from the island chain by mid-week.
- A tropical wave in the eastern Atlantic Ocean has a 40% chance of development.
