Weak unstable conditions would allow for a few showers and possible isolated thunderstorms across Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. On Wednesday a few weak pulses could trigger some passing showers. Fair conditions are anticipated on Thursday and a few early morning showers are forecast on Friday.

Gentle to moderate (15-25km/h) east north easterly trades are currently crossing the islands. A shift to east south easterly is expected from Thursday afternoon along with a reduction (<20 km/h in speeds).

Marine conditions are slight to moderate with swells ranging from 1.0m to 2.0m across our islands. North-easterly long period swells will continue to result in battering waves especially during high tides. Small craft operators are advised to secure vessels and sea bathers should stay out of the water, especially along the northern and eastern coastlines. Sea conditions could gradually begin to improve from midweek. Slight Saharan dust haze concentrations will cross our islands within the next few days.
