Further rainfall accumulations of 75 - 100mm (3 - 4 inches) with higher amounts, are likely across SVG…Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should be prepared…A Flash-flood watch remains in effect for SVG...Gradual reduction in clouds, wind speeds and shower activity can be expected across SVG by late Sunday. Varying concentrations of Saharan dust continue to create a film/slight haze across our area at times, possibly thinning-out by early Sunday.
Fresh-strong (30 - 45 km/h) breeze and occasional higher gusts/squalls continue across our islands with wind directions varying between east north-east and east south-east…Be alert.
Marine conditions are moderate in open water, with swells ranging 1.5m - 2.5m across our islands…Exercise caution for squally/gusty winds and above normal sea-swells. Swell heights could start falling Sunday night, ranging 1.0m - 2.0m across SVG by Monday.
