It is forecast to be a mostly fair and breezy night with a few brief showers in a few areas. Some early morning showers are also likely.

A weak low level pulse is forecast to be in the area around Friday evening, and model guidance is indicating a few showers from late Friday night into Saturday. The atmosphere remains relatively dry and showers are forecast to be brief. Some cloudy conditions may persist on Saturday due to the presence of the aforementioned low level instability, and fair conditions are anticipated for Sunday.

Winds are now approximately 36km/h, and a slight decrease in wind speeds will be noticeable from tomorrow afternoon. Consequently, sea conditions are forecast to improve with swells peaking to 2.0m in open waters. This improvement should continue into the weekend.
