Fair conditions will persist along Sunday evening as a ridge pattern continues to dominate the weather conditions across our islands. A weak shearline could trigger a few showers into Monday while similar conditions are anticipated along Tuesday evening into Wednesday. Slight Saharan dust haze concentrations may be noticeable on Wednesday.
Gentle (10-20km/h) north easterly trades are crossing the islands. These would gradually increase (20-30km/h) over the next few days, shifting to easterly by Tuesday then east south easterly around Wednesday. Seas are forecast to be slight to moderate in open waters with swells peaking at 1.0m on the western coasts and 1.5 on the eastern coasts.
