The Atlantic High Pressure is dominant with fair conditions, but a wake cloud which started building off the west coast of Barbados mid-morning, could reach our area during the afternoon with few scattered showers. On the southern edge of the Atlantic High, a weak shearline is possible across the Grenadines overnight with few scattered showers.

A few showers can be expected on Wednesday as the weak shearline moves across the area. A mid level trough is expected to deepen near the south-east of the island chain late Thursday, but fill to an open wave by Friday. This area could generate weak pulses/troughs across the islands late Thursday into Friday with scattered showers.

Moderate (20-28km/h) east north-easterly breeze are expected by this afternoon into tonight; with the Grenadines temporarily experiencing fresh (29-38km/h) breeze overnight. Wind direction could vary (North-easterly to East South-easterly) greatly on Wednesday. East north-easterly gentle to moderate breeze can be expected Thursday and Friday.

Mean sea-level pressure should range 1010-1014 mb, while slight sea swells on the west and slight to moderate sea swells on the east, should continue for next few days. Patches of dust concentrations with varying intensity can be expected, some models indicate a thickening by Wednesday (being monitored).
