The concentration of the Saharan dust layer continues to vary across our islands. Significant thinning of the concentrations can be expected during Wednesday night, as moisture levels increase across St.Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) with scattered showers continuing Thursday. Shower activity could decrease Thursday night, with a few showers lingering across SVG on Friday.
Gentle-moderate (15 - 25km/h) breeze occasionally increase (30 - 35km/h) across our islands and directions vary between north-east and east south-east.
Sea conditions are slight to moderate in open water, with swells ranging 0.5m - 1.0m west of our islands and 1.0m - 1.8m east of our islands...Small-craft operators should continue to exercise caution for reduced visibility(poor-very poor) in dust-haze. Saharan dust concentrations thin-out to slight-haze during Thursday.
