A few showers is expected today, Tuesday, as the ridge of high pressure builds across the islands. Afterwhich, a dry and stable atmosphere should result in fair to partly cloudy skies and low chance of showers on Wednesday, with this chance increasing on Thursday. Instability is forecast on Friday, resulting in few scattered showers and very slight chance of thunderstorms. Saharan dust intruson of varying concentration is likely across the islands.

Easterly trades are expected to move across the vicinity at  10mph-20mph (16km/h-32km/h) allowing for slightly breezy conditions. Seas are forecast to be slight to moderate in open waters with swells ranging between 1.0m-1.5m on the western coasts, and 1.5m-2.0m on the eastern coasts.
