Weather Outlook - 3rd September 2026(6 pm)
A ridge pattern will remain dominant on Friday with warm and fair conditions expected.
Meanwhile, a tropical wave approaches our islands on Saturday, increasing the possibility for occasional scattered showers to temporarily interrupt warm conditions from the mid morning period. The Atlantic High pressure system is expected to be dominant during Sunday, allowing for generally fair conditions.
Gentle to moderate(~15-25km/h) easterly to east south easterly trades will cross our islands during the next 3 days with a slight increase (~30 km/h) on Sunday. Seas will be slight to moderate in open water with swell heights ranging between 0.5 m to 1.0 m on western coasts and between 1.2 m and 1.8 m on eastern coasts. Slight Saharan dust haze concentrations may still be noticeable on Friday with no significant intrusions expected for the remainder of the forecast period.
